After a very challenging 18 months, I'm pleased to announce that Home Fit and Healthy continues to operate from a new location, 2 Watling Street, Wilnecote, Tamworth, B77 5BP.
2 Watling Street is located just off Junction 10 of the M42, and between the Marlborough Way and Pennine Way junctions of the A5, with ample parking available.
All of the same training and equipment are available, for both individual and pairs sessions, as well as a dedicated sports massage area.
